As a former single mother, Allecia understands firsthand the challenges of navigating financial hardship, rebuilding after setbacks, and creating opportunities where none seemed to exist. Through determination, personal growth, and God's guidance, she transformed her circumstances and built a life centered on purpose, impact, and legacy.
Before entering financial services, Allecia pursued her passion for culinary arts, earning a degree in Culinary Arts and building a successful career as a chef. Shortly after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, she made the difficult decision to retire from the culinary industry and embrace a new path in fintech and entrepreneurship. What began as a willingness to explore a new opportunity soon became a mission: to help families gain access to financial education, credit restoration, debt elimination strategies, business growth solutions, and wealth-building principles.

Today, Allecia serves as CEO of Goins Financial and founder of Goins Publishing, helping individuals, families, and entrepreneurs create stronger financial futures through practical education and strategic solutions. Alongside her husband, Jerry Goins, President and Chief Financial Officer, she has built a business centered on financial empowerment, stewardship, leadership, and legacy. Goins Publishing reflects the creativity that thrives in their family, through writing, speaking, and poetry, and will stand as a lasting legacy pillar for generations to come.
Together, they equip families to strengthen their financial foundations, create generational wealth, and build businesses that create lasting impact. Beyond business, Allecia is a devoted wife, proud boy mom, and bonus mom. She and Jerry lead a blended family of four sons and their baby girl, the princess of the family. Her life as a mother, entrepreneur, and leader fuels her passion for helping others build lives that honor both their calling and their responsibilities.

She oversees corporate communications, executive messaging, event logistics, training initiatives, recognition programs, and large-scale company events that impact thousands of entrepreneurs and customers across the country.
Known for her ability to connect vision with execution, she works closely with executive leadership to develop communication strategies, coordinate corporate events, support field-growth initiatives, and create experiences that strengthen organizational culture and engagement.
